how to install Joomla Extension ,there is stupid message appear…?

hi , i want to install joomla comments , but when i go to Extension and chose the folder from my pc this stupid message appear

Your Extension appears to be written for an older version of Joomla!. You must enable the System - Legacy Plugging in the Plugging Manager if you wish to complete this task.

my version is 1.5.8 what should id what is the right steps if i am doing wrong?

The error message tells you - "You must enable the System - Legacy Plugin in the Plugin Manager".

    You’ve installed the latest version of Joomla which is the correct things to do.

    However, the extension you are trying to installed is not 100% compatible with Joomla latest version. In order to make this extension works you should go to the Plugin Manager (Extensions > Plugin manager) and enable the plugin "Legacy mode".

    If I were you, I would try and find another extension that is "Joomla 1.5 native"… and thus be 100% compatible !
