You want the Extensions menu and Install/Uninstall. The easiest way is to use the Upload Package option. Click the Browse button and select the archive you want, then click on the Upload and Install button. It will give you a message once the upload and installation is finished. Don't forget to enable Modules and Plugins after they're installed. All extensions and themes are installed this way, except where they tell you differently. Have you checked to make sure the extensions and/or themes weren’t already successfully installed? That’s the only situation I’ve seen where trying to install it (reinstall, though I didn’t figure it out immediately) failed to give some kind of message.
