i use joomla 1.5 and i want my user download my pdf file but i don’t know how. i have search in the internet but i can’t find any qlue…please help e… :)

Best bet is to download the JCE Editor and install it. It has a icon for ‘Insert Link’. It looks like the ‘infinity’ sign and sholud be at the bottom left somewhere in the editor toolbar.
That will allow you to insert the link and also upload the document at the same time. The default Joomla editor allows you to insert links but you must type in the url.

    Get the docman component that will allow you to manage downloads for your visitors

    just thought:

    You should have upgraded to version 1.5.6 by now as there is a big security issue with 1.5.5 (hackers are ruining websites including two of mine)
