I want to learn one of the better CMS software in the market today. Anyone used Joomla and/or Drupal? It seems those two are the popular one out there. Which one u think it’s better and easier to learn? And why u think that way?

Thanks.

Very heavy traffic, like newspaper, magazine … it is recommended to use drupal.

Looking for support, third party components and modules, Developer friendly, no limitation, USE Joomla

I think it’s always the best to build your own, but i think both the cms have their strengths and weaknesess. But i’m no export on those so i cant really answer your question.

I use Joomla, haven’t played with Drupal, but I can say that Joomla is REAL easy to use. Once you figure out what the menus are and how the locations of the content works. it’s a good tool.

Joomla seems to have the larger support, tweaking, hacking (in the non-illegal sense of the word), addon, skinning community. There are some great free templates and some gorgeous professional ($$) templates to use.

But as always, why not download both, play with them and make up your own mind?
