		<description>Joomla would certainly work, but it&#039;s harder to learn then some. If you want something easy, go with CMS Made Simple -it really is simple. It&#039;s a lot easier to work with for design also.

I wouldn&#039;t deal with building the database from the ground up, it&#039;s a lot of work and it doesn&#039;t sound like you have anything any where near complicated enough to warrant that.
