I didn't enjoy CMSMS at all, I dislike Drupal and have heard other say the same. Expression Engine has good potential but it is not free for commercial use. Joomla is probably a good bet; you don't have to install every plugin that Tom and Dick did. It is a question that is difficult to really answer without knowing more about what the website is going to be like, and who is going to maintain it. Each of them has a particular talent that makes them more suitable for different applications. Plugins and good documentation generally make any CMS easier to deal with, so make sure that you're comfortable with the adoption rate of the CMS you choose, as more developers working with it are going to make information easier to get.
