Just use Joomla - its the best and easy to use. Use PHPBB forum if you expect it necessary in the future. Then merge it with joomla or leave it as it is.
References :
I suggest you to use Joomla because of its easy flatform and simple coding.
References :
http://www.backgroundprofiler.com

As a developer I prefer to use Wordpress as a CMS, and have had really good results using it for most projects, it's very well documented and easy to write custom plugins for. I didn't enjoy CMSMS at all, I dislike Drupal and have heard other say the same. Expression Engine has good potential but it is not free for commercial use. Joomla is probably a good bet; you don't have to install every plugin that Tom and Dick did.

It is a question that is difficult to really answer without knowing more about what the website is going to be like, and who is going to maintain it. Each of them has a particular talent that makes them more suitable for different applications. Plugins and good documentation generally make any CMS easier to deal with, so make sure that you're comfortable with the adoption rate of the CMS you choose, as more developers working with it are going to make information easier to get.

Do not use dreamweaver. :)
References :
Itz completely depends on you: at top itz Drupal, then joomla .....

Check the config you need, different CMS soupport different functionalities

if your server is providing PHP, MySQL and Apache go for Drupal or joomla.....

ask your programmers what they are comfertable with.

do't look what people say, see what you are comfertable with.....

I suggest Joomla 1.2.X itz easy to modify, create your own components modules, whic is also possible in other CMS but ....... again itz completely on your Coding Team with what they are comfirtable with . :d

or you can even try 1.5 which is easy to understand
